Here at The Angel Cheeks MagdaC Photography we are taking your privacy seriously and you can rest assured we keep your data securely.
We collect your basic personal data through “Contract/Model Release” form, signed copy of which you will have received during our initial agreement. Some data, such as contact phone and/or email may also be obtained through our website contact form. We are required by low to store your personal data for a minimum 6 years for tax purposes.
Your data will NEVER be shared with any third parties without your prior written consent. We will use your personal information only to administer your account. We may contact you to provide the products and services you have requested from us. Or if you signed up for marketing communication, on occasion we have an offer suitable for you.
The way we contact you is limited to the options you indicated in the above mentioned “Contract/Model Release” form, be it the email or the phone. If you no longer wish to receive our marketing material, you can withdraw your consent at any time.
You have the right to request your data to be deleted at any moment. However, there is a duty to be able to display our sales information to the tax authorities for as long as 6 years back.
Images of a person are also subject to the new data protection law. They will only be used for the purposes you express your explicit and written consent to. You can withdraw your consent at any time when you no longer want them to be displayed on the public domain.
Exceptions – COVID-19
The Angel Cheeks must comply with the NHS Test & Trace Service. In the event that your photographer develops Coronavirus Symptoms and subsequently tests positive for COVID-19 and you have recently attended the studio for your portrait session, your name, address, telephone number and email address will be passed to the NHS Test & Trace service immediately. COPYRIGHT & REPRODUCTION
a) Copyright is retained by TAC ( The Angel Cheeks MagdaC Photography) at all times throughout the world. No image can be copied, scanned or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior consent of TAC.
b) The Client may not alter or add to or manipulate a picture by means of computer or any other technique or reproduce a picture in whole or in part as an element within, or as a montage with another picture without TAC’s written permission.
c) Permission to reproduce a picture is only granted to the Client by TAC when digital images are purchased and all cleared payment has been made by the Client to TAC.
d) In the event of unouthorised reproduction, including screenshots of images, the Client shall pay by way of liquidated damages to TAC an unauthorised use fee of £100 per image, or double the standard reproduction fee for the use concerned, whichever is the greater.
e) The right to reproduce a picture granted by TAC is personal to the Client and may not be assigned to any third party without TAC’s prior written consent.
f) The Client will fully indemnify TAC against any unaothorised reproduction of a picture submitted to the Client made by any third party as a result of arising out of any breach by the Client of any of these terms and conditions ( including but not by way of limitation the Client allowing a picture or a copy thereof to come in to the possession of a third party without TAC’s prior written consent.
